Zane is an Engineer, a Business Owner, a father, a teacher, and a Coach. His main direction is to ‘Create people who create people’.

I’m Zane Pucylowski, President of Phoenix Engineering and Consulting, Inc. We are a team of engineers, a support network of vendors and connections, and staff of awesome people to help solve our customers problems and make them go away. I believe that engineers and those working in technical fields need help with their career, their motivation, their future, figuring out how to survive (and thrive) in the crazy world we live in today.

I have created a channel for students and those early in their engineering / technical careers need help with their resume, their job search, their negotiations, and how to navigate the world of work and life: Zane’s Engineering Life
